We just completed a writing assignment entitled Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and I'm very pleased with the results. First each student brainstormed 20 interesting descriptive words. After that they came up with 3 foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then the writing began and they produced some amazing work.
