We just finished reading The BFG by Roald Dahl. Your assignment is to write a new ending to the story or add onto the original ending. Requirements are - must be at least 4 paragraphs, have an official ending, and a conclusion. Remember to have fun and be creative with this assignment!

They miss judged the hole so, the giants got out. Several hours later the queen found out the giants were missing. She immediately called the head of the Army and Air Force to her castle. Also she called the BFG and Sophie to the castle too.
The queen said “you can kill the giants this time.” So they ordered the huge helicopters to kill the giants. The BFG knew that the giants were going to go to Sweden for the sweet and sour taste. The queen said “follow the BFG to Sweden to catch the giants.”
That night the head of the Army and Air Force followed the BFG to Sweden. The BFG ran so fast and jumped so high that the Head of the Air Force thought he was flying. He jumped over the North Sea, and he landed in Norway next to Sweden. Then he ran to Sweden with the helicopters right on his tail.
When they got to Sweden they saw the giants, and caught them with the ropes that they still had on them. They took them back to England to pick up trash. The helicopters were taking them to the hole that they had fixed for them, so that the giants couldn’t get out. They got back to England, and put stronger chains on them to pick up trash.
The queen said the giants had to pick up trash forever and ever. England and the rest of the world were safe from the 9 gigantic gruesome giants for now.

The BFG and Sophie were out blowing dreams and they heard a crunching sound. So they went to the nine ghastly giant’s hole and the giant’s hole was empty. It was dark so they went to get a flashlight so they could see better down in the hole. When they got back to the hole they could definitely see the giants really were gone.
So they called the Army and Air Force to set out to find the giants. The first place they thought to go was Giant Country. They forgot the way to get there so they had to follow the BFG again. When they got to Giant Country the giant’s weren’t there. The BFG said they’re probably in Turkey gobbling up human beans. When they got there all eight giants were there but …………………. THE BIGGEST OF ALL GIANTS THE FLESHLUMPEATER WASN’T THERE.
When they captured the eight giants they got them to confess were the Fleshlumpeater was by saying if you don’t tell us we are going to get Jack the horrible giant killer. They said that he was in England going after the Queen. Then Sophie said we have to stop him. The BFG said first we have to get a plan, I think I have one. So what’s the plan said Sophie? When they got to the Palace they saw the Fleshlumpeater just about ready to eat the Queen.
The helicopter had cargo net to try to scoop him up. When they got over him he was getting ready to grab the Queen so they let the cargo net go. But he was fighting to get loose. Then he got out of the cargo net. So the BFG jumped and tackled him and the Fleshlumpeater fell into the pit, but he was holding on to the BFG’s leg and he fell in with the Fleshlumpeater.
Sophie was sad about her friend she said they’re going to eat him. They all heard a rumble when they looked down there was a hand it was the BFG’s. So they called a helicopter to pull him out of the hole. They hooked on to his belt and after that they never saw the nine ghastly giants out of the pit again.

After the giants were captured they had to eat snozzcumbers if they were bad and if they were good they got to eat sheep. They hardly ever got to eat any sheep because they knocked out three men with snozzcumbers and then they fell into the giant pit. For now the BFG had to feed them because of the horrible accident that happened last night. Now things are under control at the giant pit.
As for Sophie her parents were found lost in giant country. Her parents were happy to her for the first time. Plus the queen asked if Sophie’s parents would stay at the castle as long as they want. The parents were happy and thanked the queen for her offer.
As for the BFG he has been catching dreams and mixing them up ever since Sophie told the BFG to mix up a for the queen. He has loved ever since he started it. Now the BFG is peacefully at home thinking about there’s no more giants to gobble up little children any more and no more being thrown around like a softball. To the BFG he was happy that those brutes were in the pit for all of the things they had done.
The queen herself was doing other things like putting the butler to work on the new bedrooms. She thought that Sophie’s bedroom should be pink with purple unicorns. Sophie’s parents’ bedroom was a royal purple. When the new bedrooms were finished the queen was proud of the butler. The butler was proud of his beautiful work.
One day the queen announced that the BFG was now called the Dream Blower. As for Sophie and her parents the queen also announced that Sophie would be the new princess and soon her parents would the new king and queen. She also took care of the orphanage by making a new one right by her castle. After a few days Sophie and the BFG wrote a book about their adventure which is the book your reading now.

It was a beautiful afternoon the Queen called everybody to come for important news. Once everybody settled down she called the BFG and Sophie to proceed to the throne. The Queen told the BFG not to do a whizzpopper because she had something to tell him. The crowd had on puzzled faces. The Queen took off her crown and placed it on Sophie’s head.
After the Queen finished her speech she ordered the BFG and Sophie to meet her in the ballroom. Once they got there the Queen told Sophie that she was going to be the Queen of England. Sophie asked “why do you want me to be the Queen?” The Queen said “Mr.Tibbs and I are moving to Hawaii for life.” The Queen then told the BFG that he would be the royal butler for Sophie.
The BFG and Sophie helped the Queen and Mr.Tibbs pack and load their bags. After the Queen and Mr.Tibbs said their goodbye’s the Queen was silent. There were tears on everybody’s eyes but the BFG and Sophie almost had puddles under their feet. Sophie ran back to the palace with her dress soaked with tears.
The BFG and Sophie ran the palace as usual. The BFG and Sophie put a picture of the Queen and Mr.Tibbs up by the throne. The Queen called daily to check up on the palace. The BFG and Sophie told her everything that happened. Like how the nine giants were still in their hole, or how the BFG wrote a book.
The BFG and Sophie ran the palace forever. The whole town was happy and they danced every day.

Then out of everybody’s eye the Fleshlumpeater jumped out of the hole and hit the ground which caused a panic. The Fleshlumpeater started to devour civilians and then grabbed the puny BFG. The giant said, “Stupid BFG” then through the BFG at the palace. With a big wham!!!!
The Fleshlumpeater ran to the BFG and stomped on him. The giant started to eat the people again. The Queen ordered the Air Force and the Army to take down the giant. “Yes ma’am”, the head of the Air Force and Army said.
“ Men, open fire”. Boom boom boom. All the air force and the army shot at the Fleshlumpeater. When he was shot down he was pushed into the cave.
As the BFG woke up from his nap in the palace he said “Wow that was a bad dream”. “The Fleshlumpeater got out of the cave, Sophie”. “You need to lay back down BFG” Sophie said. “No thank you” the BFG said.
